Waterfront City Condo

This beautiful condo, located in historic Charlestown Navy Yard, with such stunning views of Boston Harbor out its expansive floor to ceiling windows was in need of a full makeover top to bottom.

Using the modern industrial feel of the lobby as inspiration, we carried this design style
​into the condo with​ clean lines and a cool simple color palette which was a much better reflection of the home owner, Todd's, personality, than the traditional style it was.

Updated color palette from pale blue and yellow to bold charcoal gray and white.

Cognac leather chairs and cowhide accent pillow tie in the kitchen
​cabinets and add warmth to the space.

Replaced all traditional furniture, rugs and lighting with contemporary, masculine pieces.
Added bold black accents throughout to tie in the current back splash and wooden blinds.

Before the makeover, this entry was missing the dramatic appeal it deserved for being such a
luxury, high end waterfront property. With a few small changes, we were able to create the
​beautiful, inviting entry that the owner was looking for.

 A few masculine accessories add some visual interest and dimension. While the colors remain fairly monochromatic, the combination of different materials and textures (from iron and marble to leather and wool) invite enough interest in perfect balance and harmony.

Greenery always adds life, a bit of color and warmth to the room as well.
